Eligibility for Exchange

Salice eyewear and helmets Items can be exchanged for a product of the same price.

Exchanges will only apply to item/s purchased directly from Salice South Africa within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Process

Clients wishing to make an exchange should contact Salice South Africa at info@salice.co.za

and provide proof of purchase for the item

Price Difference/s:

If the new item is less expensive, you will receive a Salice South Africa gift card for the price difference.

If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is processed.

Condition of Returned Item:

The item being exchanged will be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.

Courier Cost for the item to be exchanged:

Clients will be responsible for all courier costs pertaining to the exchange

Non-Exchangeable Items

Discounted products or items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
