Provide them with a clear photo of the faulty product and valid proof of purchase via email. If you purchased the item directly from salice.co.za or if contacting the dealer is not feasible, please utilize the Contact Us form on our website, and we will guide you through the necessary steps to address the issue.

3. Authorized Warranty Handling: Please note that we can only address warranty matters for products purchased from Salice South Africa or authorized South African Dealers.
